The trip was well beyond our expectations in every way!
Every single hotel was exceptional but the hotel in Sorrento was something out of a dream. It turns out my late husband and I had stopped at this hotel while on a tour several years back for a social gathering. I remembered having snacks and drinks on the terrace and was so pleased to discover it again! The locations of all the hotels was excellent, along with accommodations provided.
All drivers/guides were very professional and we had no worries with any of them. Pietro picked us up from Catania airport and was just a great person and really stood out.
Every single location was magical. I have been to Italy 6 or 7 times, always on a guided tour with a large group. This trip, was very personalized and I saw things and did things I never experienced with other tour groups. Sorrento, and Rome stood out in particular.
