Overall wonderful experience. Trip details were shared and the accuracy was perfect. All parts of the trip through the tour company were perfect. All around great. Great locations and first class accommodation. The customer care team was fantastic! So helpful prior to departure and during. We had flight delays, and everything was handled perfectly with the driver. We also wanted to make a few changes mid-trip, and all were handled perfectly.
