We had a great time in Italy.
All the drivers and tour guides were great, timely, and very knowledgeable. All the transportation was very well organized. We never had any issues with any of the drivers or tour guides.
From the local point of contact, the customer care team was phenomenal in helping me whenever I needed anything while in Italy. Specifically, when I left money in the Venice hotel safe. The help was amazing! Big thanks.
Tours were all very enjoyable and well-selected. I like that we had plenty of time to relax, also during the trip.
Venice and Florence hotels were AMAZING. I can’t recommend them enough!
Overall, we are very satisfied with our trip.
