The first thing that comes to mind is WOW!
What a wonderful trip; your company provided a dream vacation with every detail accounted for. It was wonderful not having to plan as we went along, figure out guides, tours, transfers, hotels, or even planning the rental car. You truly delivered an above-and-beyond experience. It was incredible to look at our itinerary for the next day and know, without a doubt, that our driver, our tour guide, and our boat captain would all be ready and waiting for us!
Our hotels were also phenomenal. Each one had an incredible “vibe”, a luxury feel, and excellent service. My favorites were the resort near Syracuse and the hotel in Sorrento: what fabulous locations, service, and amenities!
Also, your customer service was so attentive and available immediately, which was such a comfort!
I think our two favorite experiences were Mount Etna and our hike on the Path of the Gods. The guide in Sicily was so passionate and knowledgeable, as well as very friendly; we thoroughly enjoyed our day with him. Even though we did the Path of the Gods on our own, our driver was very nice and accommodating. The hike was breathtaking visually!
My favorite towns were Cefalù, Taormina, and Sorrento, although visiting Ortigia and Noto were remarkable and memorable. The tours at the Valley of the Temples, Noto, Villa Romana del Casale, and Pompeii were first class.
I have already recommended your company to some of our friends and will definitely call when planning our next Italian trip!
