Thank you for just a wonderful trip . Planning and execution and customer service was excellent . All the tours were wonderful but my absolute favorite was the food tour in Bologna. The people running the tour from the Bus driver to the cook at lunch. Just fantastic tastings especially the Balsamic and the food at lunch fantastic!! So much wonderful food. Our favorite place by far was Tuscany . Hotel fantastic . Wasn’t crazy about hotel in Bologna but just because it was a bit odd. All the conviences were there. People were efficient but not as warm as all the other hotels we visited. All our drivers were exceptional!! My only advice coming from someone who does not understand the train stations. Just a more detailed description of where to meet driver. On the arrival in Rome went out wrong exit but we did eventually find our driver. Florence was perfect .
