We can’t thank you enough for all you did to make or 40th Anniversary trip so special! We enjoyed every location…a few of the highlights for us were the Lake Como boat cruise (it was a beautiful boat, perfect day and wonderful experience; we also loved our resort in the Tuscany countryside(the estate was so beautifully done, the views were breathtaking and the staff very accommodating). We would definitely go back there! The wine tours and cooking class were lovely too! Such a fun and relaxing place!
The transfers, drivers, guides, all were excellent. We particularly liked our driver in Tuscany. He went out of his way to be very personable and give us history of each place he took us. Florence was great….the hotel was lovely and in a nice location close to Santa Croce. Venice was magical…our Bacari tour guide, was excellent, as was the guide who gave us a very interesting overview of the history of Venice.
Barbara was wonderful and easy to reach when we had questions during our trip. We loved everything….the country, the people and the food!! One of our favorite restaurants was the one in Siena….fabulous. We also loved the winery in Florence. The owner treated us like family and the food was simple and wonderful!
We also really enjoyed our hike up to San Marino church in Lake Como…such a spectacular view! Overall, we loved it all! Thank you to you and your staff for all you did to plan the most perfect trip!
