We thoroughly enjoyed the trip you planned for us. Your attention to detail made us feel completely at ease during the trip. The tour guide in Parma was exceptional, not that the others were not good, her knowledge and enthusiasm/passion made for a great tour. All the hotels were very nice and comfortable. The restaurant suggestions were also great. The cooking class at the winery was good and informative, we would have liked to have had a more hands-on experience. However, the lunch afterwards was amazing along with the view!!! We will definitely use your agency again when our travels include Italy, and are happy to refer people to you as well ( we already have given your contact information to a friend of ours)
