We most definitely enjoyed our trip. You and your agency did a wonderful job. From our initial contact with you to your final email it was amazing. You listened to what we wanted and planned a trip that included it all. We felt well taken care of from the very first day. The drivers were friendly and always on time. Our guides were friendly and very knowledgeable. They were very enthusiastic about whatever subject they were dealing with.
Trying to decide what our favorite experience was on the trip is a little like trying to decide which child you like the best. I think one of everyone’s favorite was the wine tasting and lunch on outside of Noto. The setting, the wine and the food, it was all perfect. We actually ended up joining their wine club.
Of course, Pompeii is also a memorable experience. My husband and I had visited it 25 years ago but our guide Patrizia was much better than the guide we had back then.
The Hotel in Siracusa was the icing on the cake. What a perfect place to spend our final days in Sicily. We didn’t want to leave.
Having the ability to contact your Customers Service through the What’s App was very helpful. Whenever we had a question or an issue we received an immediate response. It made us feel well taken care of.
