Daniela and her team were amazing… the service and support they provided in preparation of our trip was reassuring all through the Covid pandemic, as we originally started planning our anniversary trip in 2019 for May 2020. Once we arrived in Italy, they set up a WhatsApp chat with my wife and me so we always felt we had our agent by our side at all times. This was invaluable and comforting when we had trouble locating one of our excursion guides because we were standing on opposite street corners, or when we asked them to speak in Italian to our taxi driver, who couldn’t find the meeting point for our boat excursion.
Our trip was stress-free with their “white glove” service.
Our entire 12 days in Italy were fantastic, but the most memorable were the excursions, for which we didn’t know what to expect in advance, such as the Vespa tour in Rome, the Truffle Hunt in Chianti, visits to the towns of Siena and Lucca, fascinating villages in the Tuscany region, and our private boat trip to Portofino on our last day. Each was better than we could have imagined
Our trip was well balanced with visits to 4 distinct regions in Italy, so we had a real taste of history in Rome, Siena, Lucca, and Florence. From the energy of major cities like Rome and Florence to the serenity of Castello in Chianti to the picturesque Italian Riviera, the itinerary put together by Daniela and her team gave us an amazing taste of Italy. The only thing I would do differently is stay longer.
