Fuoritinerario- Discover Your Italy is an inbound tour operator specializing in tailor-made travel experiences across Italy for an international clientele, primarily from the United States.

With offices in Milan and Perugia and a team of around 30 professionals, we design personalized itineraries for curious and discerning travelers seeking to experience Italy through authentic encounters and a meaningful connection with the local territory.

Who We Are Looking For

Travel Designer

As a Travel Designer, you will join the team responsible for creating tailor-made journeys across Italy for an international clientele. You will be involved in designing and refining personalized itineraries based on each traveler’s interests and expectations.  

We are looking for a curious, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can transform ideas and requests into thoughtfully crafted and highly personalized travel experiences. 

In particular, you: 

• Have at least 1 –2 years of experience creating tailor-made trips in Italy. 
• Possess a good knowledge of Italian destinations. 
• Can combine creativity, precision, and client-focused thinking. 
• Are fluent in English; German or French is considered a plus. 
• Are familiar with CRM systems, Excel, and itinerary-building tools. 
• Enjoy working as part of a team, taking ownership, and contributing with initiative. 

Contract: Confcommercio Tourism Board 

Remuneration: RAL from EURO 19000 to 30000 (commensurate with the candidate’s experience)

Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist, you will join the team responsible for the operational management of our trips, coordinating services and suppliers and helping ensure the flawless execution of our itineraries. 

We are looking for an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented individual who can manage priorities, meet deadlines, and approach challenges with a practical and solution-oriented mindset. 

In particular, you:  

• Have at least 1 – 2 years of experience in operations within the travel industry. 
• Possess strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. 
• Can manage priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. 
• Approach situations with a practical and solution-oriented attitude. 
• Are fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus. 
• Are familiar with CRM systems, Excel, and operational tools commonly used in the travel industry. 
• Enjoy working as part of a team, taking ownership, and contributing with initiative.
