I think you and your company did an excellent job with the difficult schedule we planned. Most outstanding were the knowledgeable guides. Since my interest was art I was looking forward to all the wonderful museums, churches, etc. The docents were thorough, pleasant and very well prepared. Almost all the hotels were good, convenient and easy to use as a base for our touring.
In hindsight Genoa was the least interesting place, perhaps, because the sites couldn’t compete with what we had seen. South Tyrol and the Dolomites were one of the best experiences owing to the great scenery, great hotels and food.
