Thank you very much for your mail . At the outset I should thank you for the outstanding experience we had during our 10 nights vacation to Italy and Paris . I have no words to express my appreciation for the arrangements you made to make our holiday a memorable one . All details were executed with a great deal of precision and finesse . We did not face any difficulty or glitches and were completely at home during the last 10 nights and 11 days .
The hospitality and care was redoubtable .
We must admire the professional touch that was demonstrated during the whole vacation , which includes the entire gamut of services from pick up to drop off . The hotels were extremely comfortable and the guides were extremely knowledgeable and courteous .
We thou roughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and our visits to the sightseeing spots .
In summary an experience to cherish and remember .
In the bargain we did pick up some words and sentences of the Italian language but still Non Capisco Italiano but from your side it is Capisco Ingleze . I should not ask Parla Ingleze to you since your English is pretty good .
