She listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly what we asked for. She also responded quickly and effectively to a couple of changes we made on the trip.
We particularly liked our Italian Food Experience from Bologna as well as some of our visits to the small medieval towns such as Lucca and Volterra. But in fairness the entire trip was great”
