1. Information Collected Online About You
Fuoritinerario - Discover your Italy is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. We are committed to strictly controlling the use of any information you provide to discoveryouritaly.com.
Fuoritinerario - Discover your Italy uses different type of registration:
- User registration: optional to participate to discoveryouritaly.com community and to get access to the site online services.
- Brochures and e-brochures: Discover your Italy unique brochures and e-brochures are accessible for download to all interested site visitors. You need to provide your e-mail to get access to this service.
- Travellers registration: mandatory once you book a Tour. In order to finalize an online booking we ask the following passenger information (first and last name of travelers) and contact information (address, phone number, e-mail). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill all travel reservations. It also allows us to contact the traveler for any relevant communication about the Tour booked.
When you make a booking through discoveryouritaly.com site, we use an external secure server from a leader Italian Bank (Banca Sella) for all our credit card transactions. Or alternatively you can use Paypal secure system. In any case, we will never get any information about your credit card on our servers.
You may request details of all information held about you by us at any time.
2. Information Use
Cookies: cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Discoveryouritaly.com site does not use cookies that will be stored on your hard drive to trace personal information about you and your habits. We only use the so called “session cookies”, in order to enable you to explore efficiently and safely our site and are automatically deleted once you close your browser.

Immediately after successfully completing the booking/order process, we will send you an e-mail with the review of the product/service you have selected. This e-mail will also contain your booking unique and secure code. You will receive this only once per transaction.

Suppliers: when you reserve a Tour through Fuoritinerario - Discover your Italy, we provide some information about you (such as name) to the suppliers (such as hotel or third parties) involved to ensure the successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements. Fuoritinerario - Discover your Italy offers products from suppliers that are reputable companies, that should act according the privacy law. We cannot be held responsible of their use of your personal information.
Affiliated Websites: if you were referred to www.discoveryouritaly.com from another website, we will not share any personal information about you to the referring website. Fuoritinerario - Discover your Italy believes that the website companies from which you were referred to us are reputable companies, we have not placed limitations on the referring website companies from using or disclosing your information without your permission. All of our user’s information is restricted in our offices.
